Joshua Tree National Park is located in the Mojave Desert in southeastern California. It covers a land area of 790,636 acres, and declared a U.S. National Park in 1994. The Joshua Tree Visitors’ Center has educational displays and information about native critters and vegetation, as well as the geological formations that make it unique.
